As the host of the project "Research and manufacture of physiotherapy equipment" in the project "Research and design of medical equipment manufacturing" of the Ministry of Health approved by the government under the national program "National strategy on medical equipment" by 2010, with the goal of 60% of medical equipment produced domestically, the Institute of Biomedical Physics has researched and designed and produced 13 types of medical devices. subjected to physical therapy, belonging to the categories: laser therapy, electrotherapy, magnetic therapy, phototherapy, ultrasound therapy and short wave therapy, all of which are used for treatment at the Institute and many other health facilities achieved very good results.
